🌍 Where Do We Ship From?

At Minmoex, we work with trusted global suppliers in countries such as China, India, Vietnam, and more. This allows us to bring you high-quality products at the best value. All orders are shipped through reliable carriers like USPS to ensure safe and timely delivery.


⏱️ Order Processing & Shipping Times

  • Order Confirmation: An email will be sent immediately after you place your order.

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 3 hours after payment. Standard processing takes 1–3 business days (please allow 2–4 additional days during busy seasons).

  • Shipping Notification: Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. (Tracking may take up to 6 hours to update.)

  • Split Shipments: Depending on availability, items in your order may ship separately. If this happens, you’ll receive a tracking email for each package.


🚚 Estimated Delivery Time

  • United States: Standard USPS shipping usually takes 10–15 business days (for contiguous US states).


🔄 Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

  • Returns: Accepted within 30 days of delivery for items in original condition.

  • Exchanges: We’re happy to assist with size or color exchanges within 30 days.

  • Cancellations: Orders can be canceled within 6 hours of payment.
